Thank you for this clip. I have been doing this off and on in my studio for years. Any suggestions for keeping the flow of the class with multiple people? ex. 2 people on reformers, 2 people on chairs, one set of clients completes the assigned exercises, and they are standing around while you are working with the other set. a few ideas that i have tried are keeping the routine the same for 12 weeks, keeping pictures of the exercises at the stations if the clients forget the exercises or order. Another concern was results. in this setting clients did not feel they were getting results. I understand that a private session setting provides opportunity for better results , due to the one on one attention, any suggestions for delivering fast, effective results drive Pilates bootcamp classes?
